    Thanks so much for the instructions on how to clarify stock. I love the homemade stock - so much tastier and cheaper than store-bought. However, I made a really cloudy batch this time and used your instructions. Wow, that is like magic! I now have lovely clear chicken stock to freeze. Thanks!
