Low Fat or Partially Skimmed Milk

Low Fat or Partially Skimmed Milk contains 1 - 2% fat and tastes slightly less rich than whole milk. It has practically the same nutritional value as whole milk but contains less fat and calories. Extra vitamin A is added to low fat milk to compensate for the nutrients lost when the fat is removed. It is also fortified with vitamin D.
