  • Brookfarm - Australia's Premier Macadamia Producers

    Brrok Farm Products When it comes to authentic Australian foods, it's hard to go past macadamia nuts and bush spices, so when Byron Bay based gourmet food producer Brookfarm were recently awarded the Gold Medal for their oven roasted macadamia nuts with Australian spices, it was hardly a surprise. But this was not the only medal they received.

    Their new 'Walkabout' range of exotic fruit & nuts mixes were also a great hit with this years judges winning a host of silver medals.

    In all, Brookfarm's medal tally included 1 Gold, 7 Silver and 2 Bronze medals from the Fine Food Show. With a track record like that, I just had to try them for myself then have a chat to Pam & Martin Brook, the brains and brawn behind Brookfarm. Have a listen to the interview.
