If there's a topic you'd like to hear a podcast on, or you know of someone who would make a good interviewee or has lots of knowledge on a particular food or cooking related subject, we'd love to hear from you.

VictoriaThere are many types of podcasts on the site. Some are available to every one, others are restricted to registered members, and some will only be available to subscribers (coming soon).

All the podcasts are conducted and produced by Victoria Hansen and all the interview style podcasts are recorded using Skype.

We do podcasts with people from all over the world to bring you the best information from the most reliable and qualified sources. We hope you enjoy them.

 

PODCAST EXAMPLES

Vignettes
These are our 45 second BiteSize Cooking® Radio Vignettes that air daily throughout regional Australia on more than 50 radio stations. Basically short food and cooking related hints and tips, they deliver useful and relevant information in bitesized grabs. Once the vignettes have aired on radio, they are made available on the site for you to listen and subscribe to. You'll find them here in this section as well as on the actual related content pages.

Audio Content
These podcasts are simply an audio version of the content on a page. We are slowly building these. They will be available for download for you to listen to later or in the car or when exercising if there's some particular information you want to learn but don't have time to sit and read. They are also being created to assist our visually impaired members. You'll need to be a registered member to access them. Stay tuned for these.

Expert Content Podcasts
These are interviews with food and cooking experts in their area of expertise. They could be about an ingredient, a cooking technique, or piece of equipment, nutrition, diet, health, food science, a recipe, cuisine… and the list goes on. We are also slowly building these. They will also be available on the content pages they apply to and will be accessible only by members. Remember, basic registered membership, is FREE.

Interview Podcasts
These are also interviews with food professionals and experts but are much longer than the expert content podcasts, usually between 10 and 15 minutes. They cover a myriad of food, wine and cooking related topics and are available as a podcast in this section. You can also subscribe to these. These are available to subscribing members only (coming soon). They are currently showcasing until our subscription section is activated and are free if you're a REGISTERED member.
