Baked Macadamia Crusted Fish

While the nuts used in this recipe are macadamias, they can be substituted for almonds or pinenuts.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven.
  2. Lightly oil a baking dish.
  3. Place fillets into a dish, brush lightly with remaining oil.
  4. In a small bowl, combine ingredients to form a thick paste.
  5. Spread macadamia crust over top of fish, pressing coat evenly.
  6. Bake fillets for 8-10 minutes or until flesh flakes when tested with a fork.
  7. Cooking time will depend on thickness of fillets.
  8. Serve with roasted vegetables or salad.
